---- Stable chemical performance of epoxy resin makes CKSS without any poison or harm.
---- It will not produce any volatile matter in the production process of automatic pressure gel (APG technology). No spill impurity produced after gelling. No waste gas produced after solidifying.
---- The switchgear has no SF6 gas inside. No waste or harmful materials produced during working.
---- After the service life, the epoxy resin can be decomposed soon by heat treatment and chemical treatment. It can recycle either by extraction technique.

● Combination with flexible expansion
CKSS solid-insulated switchgear mainly contains 3 modules, vacuum circuit-breaker, vacuum load-break switch and fuse load-break switch. For system with multiple units, it can extend more units as the project request to obtain full unit configuration.
● Rustproof cabinet with high mechanical strength
Cabinet is made of 3mm steel plate and the steel plate is made by electrostatic spraying technology, which makes the cabinet with strong mechanical strength and good rust protection.

● Single handle operation for disconnector/ earthing switch
The switchgear has closing position and earthing position. It just needs one operating handle to control. The mechanical interlocking exists between main switch and disconnector/ earthing switch, which makes the disconnector/earthing switch can’t operate until the main switch is on the position of opening. It also have the reliable interlocks between the main switch and the front panel of cable compartment.
● Mechanical interlocking for circuit breaker / load switch
Both circuit breaker and load switch is vacuum switch. The reliable mechanical interlocking not only exists between vacuum switch and disconnector/ earthing switch, but also exists between earthing switch and the front panel of cable compartment, which prevents the faulty operation and avoids safety accident.
● Spring operating mechanism with dual maloperation-proof system
Operating mechanism includes load switch operating mechanism, switch-fuse combination operating mechanism, and circuit breaker operating mechanism. It can carry out by manual or motor after fixing electromotor. The operating mechanism itself has dual maloperation-proof function: firstly, as the interlocking device is equipped inside the mechanism, so the operator must operate according to the regulated procedure, otherwise the operation can’t carry out, unless the operator damages the interlocking device by force. Secondly, there is a movable baffle before the position of operating hole, which can avoid the faulty operation by lock protection.
● Fuse with sealed isolation
Fuse is fixed on the insulated cover and then inserts in the insulating cylinder, finally screw up the insulating cylinder cover. Both of the insulating cylinder and main switch is sealed by solid-insulated. The insulating cylinder isolates with the outside environment after the fuse insert in it, this can ensure the fuse won’t be affected by the outside pollution.
● Simply and convenient connection for switch and cable
The cable compartment equips with European standard bushing which meets the standard of DIN47636. Its cable terminal is made of silicon rubber which can touch and with function for flood proofing, what is more, it can also equip with surge arrester device.
